107 Bree St render

Construction has been underway at 107 Bree St in Cape Town’s CBD since late 2012. This mixed use development follows the rhythm and aesthetic of Bree Street and will add much to an already upcoming lifestyle corridor within the central city. The basement level will feature a jazz bar, while specialist retail on the ground floor will lead up to a restaurant and studio offices on the 3rd floor.

    Has been a while since the last city development update. Looks good too! No ETA though?

    Hi Dave. Most of the current developments have been on a festive season break. The teams are back at 22Bree and Portside as of this week though, so there’ll be some progress to report on the next couple of weeks. No ETA on 107 Bree unfortunately, but I’ll try and get one and let you know. :)
