The Western Cape Government is invited interested and suitably experienced Property Developers to submit their proposals for to develop the 22 hectare former Conradie Hospital site into an integrated, sustainable, and affordable residentially-led, mixed-use neighbourhood. The developer will be expected to deliver the full development over a 5 to 7 year period.

Infrastructure Phasing
It is proposed that the Project be delivered over at least two phases, which may run sequentially or with some degree of parallel development, depending on agreements reached with the City of Cape Town. The possible development yields have been illustrated in the table below.
