Cape Town International Convention Centre: Construction progress at the 10,000sqm expansion

The main construction for the Cape Town International Convention Centre started in February of 2015, with work scheduled for completion towards the end of 2016.

CTICC expansion construction underway

The expansion of the CTICC will go ahead despite the results of a forensic investigation by the City of Cape Town into the tender award process. The winning design team for the CTICC expansion includes Makeka Design Lab, VDMMA and Stauch Vorster.
